Terms of Service

You are welcome to visit PANNO. By accessing and using the Platform, you indicate your acceptance to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree to the TOS, please do not access or use the Platform.

PANNO is a wholesale online distributor that order products from manufacturers and resells them to retailers. We create and have responsibility for all product listings, including images and descriptions, and set wholesale prices for the products displayed on the Platform.

• All product images and descriptions displayed on the Platform are either owned by PANNO or licensed with sufficient rights
• Shops enlisted on the platform are individual independent brands that manufacture their own products. We do not own these brands but we just market and sell products the same way wholesalers do.
• If we obtain images from publicly available sources, we have taken the proper legal steps to make sure that we can use the images.
• If we take the images ourselves, we own copyright over the images.
• Although we strive to provide correct product information, we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any product descriptions or information provided by the manufacturers. Product information must be verified by retailers before ordering.

• Retailers should register an account so that they can have access to wholesale prices and order.
• Retailers must ensure that their account credentials are not disclosed.
• PANNO can cancel or close any account for violation of these TOS or for any other reason deemed by PANNO.

• Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change at any time without warning.
• Payment at the time of ordering is necessary.
• We only accept listed payment options on the site.
• Minimum order quantities can be enforced.
• Retailers are responsible for all taxes that may apply.

• PANNO will process and deliver orders in a timely manner.
• Risk of loss and title of products transfer to the Retailer on receipt.
• PANNO is not responsible for delay by the carrier.

• Return and refund policy only in instances of goods received damaged.
• Damaged goods must be reported a day after delivery.

• Retailers agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding registration and placing orders.
• Retailers agree to comply with all the laws and regulations governing.
• Retailers agree not to resell items in a manner that will not damage the reputation of PANNO or the manufacturers.

• The Platform and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, express or implied.
• PANNO disclaims all merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement warranties.
• Neither PANNO nor any of our officers, agents, or employees will be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with using the Platform or selling products.
• PANNO's total liability will be capped at the amount paid by the Retailer to us for involved products.

• The Retailers are obligated to indemnify and save PANNO from any claim, damage, or loss due to their use of the Platform or violation of the TOS.

• The laws of Zimbabwe shall govern these TOS.

• PANNO has the right to change these TOS from time to time.
• The Platform shall be posted changes, and any use of the Platform following a change implies an acceptance of such change.
